We are excited to announce several updates and enhancements to the Insurwave platform. These improvements are designed to streamline workflows and provide our clients with more accurate and comprehensive data.
Enhanced import requests
Clients can upload all types of files, not just asset schedules, directly to the platform. This enhancement facilitates a more holistic data management experience and supports secure, streamlined data import processes.
Simply drag and drop files into the platform, specify import details, and track their upload history. This feature also integrates with our internal ticketing system to ensure efficient processing and response.
Voyage Inventory Management
This update allows users to view and manage voyages across all policies from a single interface, improving data accessibility and usability.
A new voyage tab provides an overview of all voyages, with persistent filters to easily locate specific voyages. Users can share voyage-specific links and see voyages categorised by status, enhancing navigation and management.
